Terms of Service
Effective as of April 1, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of the RenderPDFs service, a PDF generation and manipulation API available at renderpdfs.com, published by Hichem Bedjaoui.
2. Access
Using the service requires creating an account and obtaining an API key. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Any use made with your keys is your responsibility.
3. Plans & Billing
- Free — 100 PDFs/month, no credit card
- Starter — 5,000 PDFs/month at $9/month
- Pro — 15,000 PDFs/month at $19/month
- Business — 60,000 PDFs/month at $79/month
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use RenderPDFs to:
- Generate unlawful, infringing, or defamatory content
- Circumvent quota mechanisms or share API keys
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Collect third-party personal data without consent
5. Liability
You are solely responsible for the content of PDFs you generate. RenderPDFs' liability is limited to the amounts paid in the 3 months preceding the incident.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. French courts shall have jurisdiction in case of dispute.
